This service will be person-centered and the treatment will be dictated based upon the needs assessment of the consumer. Consumer Informed Choice
People with disabilities will be more successful, if people are able to make informed choices.
Consumer Directed Treatment
Consumers should and must be involved in their treatment. The treatment should be consumer and family led and focused. The consumer has a responsibility to participate in their own care.
Consumer Supports
Consumer Supports should be meaningful and occur as much as possible in the natural setting. Families also need supports.
Family Involvement
Families should be extensively involved in the treatment process. The family is whom ever the consumer recognizes as their family unit.
Recovery
Recovery is a process that is unique to each individual. Relapse is common during the beginnings stages of treatment and is not treatment failure. Treatment must instill hope and build and each individual’s strengths.
Cultural Acceptance
Treatment modalities need to be culturally acceptable to the consumer. Linguistic support services need to be included as part of services.
Collaboration
The consumer is not an island and neither is the program. Collaboration with community is a determining factor in successful treatment.
Spirituality
Spirituality is important and must be considered when determining treatment.

Medicaid Targeted Case Management
Medicaid Targeted Case Management (MTCM) is a service focused on achieving beneficiary wellness through communication, education and service identification and referral. MTCM is a time-limited service that provides an organized structured protocol for moving beneficiaries through the process of
change and toward the goal of self-sufficiency.

Individualized Behavior Modification
BranMarc, Inc. provides behavior modification as a psychotherapeutic intervention that aims to reduce or eliminate undesirable behaviors in children and adolescents. It focuses on changing specific behaviors, rather than a person's thoughts or feelings. The process involves identifying the antecedents and consequences of the problem behaviors, and then determining which behaviors to target for treatment. The intervention's progress and outcome can be measured and evaluated. This service is utilized within a school setting as an additional support for students experiencing behavior problems.
